• A room by room analysis of areas that need improvement

• The perfect choice if you would like general advice and recommendations and you would like to carry out some or all of the improvements yourself
• Ideal for clients who are considering marketing their house for sale or rent

Little Touches Package- price £495

• As package 1 plus
• Full property consultation comprising analysis, written report and furniture placement
• Two hours general property maintenance
• Two hours garden tidying

Freshen Up Package - price £745

• As package 2 plus
• Staged photographs
• Re-painting of one room (12’x12’ approx)

Wow Package - price £1095

• As package 3 plus
• Re-painting of an additional room (12’x12’ approx)
• 2 carpets cleaned (12’x12’ approx)

Optional extras-
