The client wanted practical storage options as well as an american fridge/freezer, wine fridge, range cooker, instant hot tap, waste disposal unit and centre island with seating. The design was undertaken by a kitchen designer, sourced from a local merchant, installed by qualified kitchen fitters but managed by Positive Property. By employing Positive Property to undertake the re-design and manage all the relevant trades the completed project came in £5000 under budget.
